We’re delighted to share the findings from an independent evaluation by the University of East Anglia of Hear for Norfolk’s Cuppa Care Project.
The report highlights the project’s successful person-centred approach, supporting people with hearing needs and a range of other services—from practical support in daily living to building community connections and reducing loneliness. The evaluation also suggests expanding links with other community organisations to reach even more people across Norfolk.
