What happens next?

We will contact you to offer you an appointment.

Your appointment request has been sent to Hear for Norfolk. We will now review your request and a member of our staff will contact you to offer you an appointment. If after booking your appointment you are unable to make it, please contact us so we can offer you another date and time OR if you no longer require the appointment please also let us know so we can then offer it to another person.

Please note, your appointment is not confirmed until you hear from us via email, letter or phone, so please only arrive for your appointment when it has been confirmed by us!
