Coronavirus Update
Due to the current situation regarding the coronavirus it is with regret that we have to suspend our support groups until further notice

Living with hearing loss or tinnitus can be a challenge that can be helped by sharing your experience with others. If your hearing loss is recently diagnosed, it may be difficult for you to come to terms with it. For many, it takes time to get used to hearing aids and to find ways of adapting at work or with family. Alternatively, it may be that you have had hearing loss for a long time and have wisdom that you are unaware of that will prove invaluable to others. We have a Tinnitus Support Group and a BSL practice group.
Tinnitus Support Group (TSG)
There are a number of ways in which troublesome tinnitus can be managed to help reduce its presence and to avoid or reduce other unwelcomed effects such as anxiety, tension or disturbed sleep. Doing something to manage tinnitus better can help avoid a vicious circle of increased anxiety or frustration which otherwise can lead to greater tinnitus.
The Tinnitus Support Group exists to provide a greater understanding of tinnitus and its effect on those who experience tinnitus. We have both formal and informal discussions and talks relating to tinnitus and associated problems. External speakers are invited to contribute in the formal meetings and share their knowledge on advances in the field of tinnitus treatment and research.
BSL Practice Group

The BSL Practice Group is group led meaning that the members decide on the topic of conversation for each session so that everyone has an equal chance to contribute and polish up their BSL.
